Tokyo, March 8--With a view to making a fight over a distance of 1.300 miles between Tokyo and Peking, Mr. Winder, of the Vickers Company, has been here and is now secretly devising a plan at the Tokyo Hotel Interviewed, he has spoken to the following effect "Inasmuch as the fight between-Tokyo and Peking is rather a long one, I am now considèring various plans as to the enterprise. I wish, if possible, to make the fight without making any intermediate stops, but I fear that it may be very hard to do so owing to the inclement weather and air currents. la that case, I will fiy by way of Korea. Although the date is not yet fixed, I intend to carry it out as soon as possible. In China, there are now staying Colonel Holt, an aero- nautical adviser to the Chinese Avia tion Bureau, and Sir Arthur Whitten Brown, who is also going to take part in the fight in question with me and is considering the recessary measures in this connection.”
