The report of the Board of Directors to be presented at the ordinary yearly meeting of Shareholder to be held at the Company's Hotel, at noon, on Saturday, March 19, 1921, is as follows-

Gentlemen,-The Directors beg to submit their report for the year ending December 31, 1920.

REFULSE BAY.

The Main Building was opened to the Public on January 1, 1920, and the East Wing was completed and occupied on September, 1920. The West Wing and Garage are still under construction.

ACCOUNTS.

After paying a bonus of 20% to the European Staff and 10% to the Band on their salaries costing $9,630.22 and providing for a full month's pay to the Chinese Staff at China New Year the profit on Working Account axcounted to $367,640.71 compared with $262,549.33 for 1919.

The balance at credit of Profit & Loss Account after allowing for Depreciation, Bad and Doubtful Debrs, etc., and including the sum of $4,355.95. brcught forward from 1919, amounted to $33,673.50, and after deducting the Interim Dividend paid in September, 1920 costing $100,000 the sum of $232,673,50 remains which the Directors recommend apportion- ing as follows
