The report for presentation to the shareholders at the forty-third isual general meeting of the China Sugar Refining Co., Ltd, to be held at the offices of the General Agents on Friday, March 18, states:
The General Agents beg to submit to the Shareholders their Report on the Company's business for the year ending December 31, 1920.
The Working Account for the year 1920, after, adding $33,906,77 brought forward from previous year, shows a credit balance of $2,996,- 741.11, out of which an Interim Dividend of $15 per share was paid on August 21 last. The General Agents (Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Co. L.) and the Consulting Committee recommend, the following further appropriation:
