With regard to the division of p fits, as there is no special object, in our building up a large Reserve Fund. we propose putting only $10,000 to the credit of this fund and opening an Equalization of Dividend Account which will help to stabilize our regular. dividend of $2.00 and make it a little more certain for shareholders. We also recommend a bonus for the staff, but of course in a poor year like this we cannot be as liberal as on former Occasions
There is nothing in the accounts that requires special mention. In- vesonents stand below current quota- tions, and stocks on hand of raw and wrought material are not only small. but are put in at low and conservative valuations.
