PARIS, February 25, In the Chamber of Deputies debate, on the Army estimates, M. Barthou, the War Minister declared that the French Army at present need got fear any military aggression on the part of Germany. M. Doumer, Minister of Finance, declared that the Army had excellent war material for a hundred divisions. Replying to M. Lefevre, the former War Minister, M."{ Barthon, refused to state the number of France's divisions but assured the Chamber that the first measures of mobilisation necessary to ensure the safety of France would enable her to coerce an adversary unwilling to keep its engagements or to defend herself against the adversary's aggression if repeated. BRITISH PRISONERS AT ANGORA.
LONDON, February 25.
In the House of Commons, Mr. Cecil Harmsworth said that there were 22 British prisoners in the hands of the Angoraites and a number of Nationa- Lists in British custody. The Angora government had refused to discuss the release of the prisoners but it was hoped that the matter would be settled by the present conference.

The factory, which was formerly used as a smallpox hospital, was built in an isolated place on the top of # Mitle hill near Ho Max Tin. At six' o'clock this evening ten bodies had beer recovered, and removed to the mortuary. Exactly how many bodies had still to be recovered it was diff- cult to ascertain but it was under- stood that in addition to the deaths yet to be reported the injured per- sons included several whose wounds were serious.
The building, in which a less seri- ous explosion occurred several months ago, was burned to the ground.
