The report of the Board of Directors to the Ordinary Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held at the Office of the Company, on Monday, February 7, 1921, at 11 am is as follows-

Gentlemen, The Directors have now to abmit to you a general statement of the affairs of the Company, and balance sheet for the year erding December 31, 1920.

The net profits for the year amount to $300,569.17, which, with the amount brought forward from last year $22,576.75 and the recommended transfer of $50,000 from Investment Fluctuation Account, gives an amount available for division of $373.145.92. From this amonst an Interim Dividend of $1.00 per share ($80,000) has already been paid, leaving a balance of $293,145 92 available for appropriation, which it is proposed to deal with as follows
