AN ENJOYABLE FUNCTION

A dinner in honour of Mr., A. W. Hill, the popular heað dailiff of the Sipreme Court, prominent in Masonic activities, and one of the best-known residents of the Colony, was given at The Astor House last night by the bailiffs of the Court. Mrs Hill is departing on leave on Sendry, and the occasion was for the purpose of wishing him a pleasant journey and sale reham. A very enjoyable even- ing was spent, and several compli- mentary speeches were made.
