Death of Isolde"; IV-Scho- Tausig-Marche Militaire.

In the Summary, Court this morning, before the Felse. Jadge. Mr. Justice Wood, judgment withi costs was given for the plaintiff in the suit of Yee Tai Hong of 154-158 Wing Lok Street against Yin Yik Pang, of 74 Queen's Road Central. The claim was for $1,000 alleged to have been borrowed by the defendant on February 25, 1920. Mr. Gardiner, appeared for the plaintiff; Mr. Tinsen for the defendant.

Before Commander C. W. Beck- with, R.N., at the Marine Court on Saturday, Captain C. S. Isbister, of the ss."Singan,” was summoned by Dr. Keyt, Health Oficer of the Port, for failing to fy the yellow flag (QC) on the ship, the same being a healthy vessel, on the morning of January 7.
