Dear Sir, I am one of those un- fortenate persons who (although almost "an old resident") am not in a position to give large sums of money to a War Memorial or aar thing else. I therefore did not attend the meeting last week but I should. notwithstanding this fact, like to ask yes to air my views on the subject in the briefest possible manner.
