The Sanitary Board's extends over the island of Hongkong which has an area of about 32 square miles, and to that portion of the mainland between the shore and the range of Kowloon. His extending from the village of Tseung Kwan O. | In Junk Bay on the East to the village! of Kau Pa Kang on the west, with a seaboard of about 13 miles and an area of about 16 square miles.
