BERLIN, August 14. The commander of the Fourth Bolshevist Army has informed a German pressman that the Polish Soviet formed at Bielostock on July 30 will proceed to Warsaw after the capture of the capital and from there conclude peace with the Soviet on the basis of self-determination.

The Weekly Despatch confirms the fears of growing unemployment and has collected information from Industrial centres. It says that the Liver pool shipbuilding outlook is very gloomy. Dockers and electrical trades, are already badly affected and thousands are out of work. Similar reports some from Hull, Burnley and South Wales.

ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE GREEK PREMIER.

A determined attempt was made by two. men to assassinate M. Venizelos at Gare de Lyon station, when entering a train. The first man fred three shots, without hitting M. Fenerilos whereupon the second emptied all five chambers of his revolver, wounding M. Venizelos. The wound is believed to be only a light one. The assailants were seized and arrested.

Venizelos, of which coe caused merely a grate and was not lodged in the body The other split into fragments which were lodged in the arm-- Sinnpit.
