TROUBLE. WITH EMIR FEISUL

LONDON, July 20. A telegram from an authoritative French source says that a state of war exists with Emir Feisu, King of Syria, from July 19, in consequence of Emir Feisul's temporising attitude in connection with the French endeavous to arrange the use of the Feyront-Aleppo line via Reyak, which latter is just within Emir Feisal's territoty. The rs of this line is essential for transport communication for the French troops in East Cilicia who are Kemal's endangered awing to the action of Mustapha forces who have cut the other railway. hitherto available.
