Loynoy, June 30th. In the House of Coumons, replying to Sie Harry Brittain and Sir Newton Moore in regard to the proposal to transfer Dominion business from the Colonial Office to the Privy Counell, Mr. Lloyd George referred to his answer of June 3rd.

Earl Winterton mentioned the letter on this subject sent to the Premier signed by many members of the House of Commons and outside of all Parties, also by experts, and asked the Premier to receive a toputation. Mr. Lloyd George replied that he would be very glad to do so and emphasised that the Governmeng was con- sidering the question very carefully.
