ALLAHABAD, June 5th. A joint Hinda Moslem Khilafat Confer ence, after a prolonged deliberation, decid ed on a policy of non-co-operation with the Indian Government. The policy, which is a protest against the Turkish Treaty, will be enforced after a month's notice to the Viceroy.
