Lowpon, May 11th. Mr. Bonar Law made an important announcement in the House of Commons. with referance to Canada to-night. He said that the British and Canadian Governmengs had arranged to provide more complete representation of Canadian interests tuan provided so far.
It had accordingly, agreed that Majesty, on the advice of his Ministers, appoint a. Minister tentiary who may have chargs of Cada lian affairs and at all times be the ordinary channel of communication with the United States Government in purely Canadian fairs.
