COMPANY REPORT.

BANK OF CANTON LTD.

The following is the report of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canton Ltd., presented to the ninth annual meeting of shareholders held on Saturday afternoon.-

Gentlemen, The Directors have now to submit to you a general statement of the affairs of the Company and Balance sheet for the The net profits for that period year ending 31st December 1919. Including $60,026.78 balance brought forward from last account, after paying all charges, amount to $526,736.84 which after deducting $33,279.71 for bonus leaves $493,457.13. This sum together with $400,000.00 transferred from Reserve Fund, and $40,000:00 from the Investment Reserve Fund amounts in all to 3933,457.13 for appropriation which has been dealt with as follows:-
