DEATH OF "LIEUT COL" NORRIS-NEWMAN.

Lieut.Col. Charles L. Norris- Newman, a prominent resident of Tientsin and well known through out north China, passed away at the Victoria Hospital, Tientsin, en April 21. He was afflicted with cancer, and though his condition had improved somewhat recently, a sudden relapse proved fatal. The deceased, who was 67 years of age, was born
