A JAPANESE MOVEMENT.

CLEARANCE CAMPAIGN IN

MALAYA.

It is the intention of Mr. H. Yama. saki, the Acting Consul General for Japan at Singapore, to persuade all Japanese brothels and their inmates in the Peninsula to disengage their present occupation, chiefy through his influence and the endeavours of the local Japanese Societies and other bodies in the Peninsula will act under, his instruction in this matter.
