With the arrival of Sub-Lieutenant Kato from Seoul on Simday, the Seoul-Tokyo fight has been com pleted. Lieutenant Namba was the first to arrive in Tokyo and soor after Lieutenant Kitakawa reached the capital, Sub-Lieutenant Kato started but a few minutes after he began his shortly after Lieutenant Kitakawn,
