GERMAN MILITARY REDUCITONY MELAYED.
LONDON, February 18. Mr. Llayd George as president of the Suprate Council, had to day written the German charge d' affaires in Londed stating he has received intimation from the president of the cosmission of control in Berlin pointing out the difficulty wherewith the German Government is confronted if the Allies insist on the reduction of military strength under the peace treaty to 100,000 men by March 31 next. This date was fixed in the belief that the treaty would operate much earlier. The Supreme Council decided to permit the reduction to be 200000 by April 10 and 100,000 by July 10,
