PRESIDENT WIGIők.
LONDON, December 15.
The Daily Mail gives prominence to an article on a distinguished American politician.” Referring to the mystery surrounding President Wilson it paints out that since his illness no more than a dozen persons, including doctors, have been allowed to see him. Fiscount Gray is returning because it is impossible for him to present his credentials. It says that President Wilson is in a state of nervous dépression, requiring the maximum quietude. It concludes by saying that as a potent factor in affairs of state President Wilson is practically eliminated.
