HONGKONG TIDES.

The tide table given below has been ompiled at the National Almanas Office la London from the result of the analysis of observations taken by means of an automatic tide-recarding machine is the Water Police Fasin at Taiz Sha Trai during the years 1908-8.

The sero of the table corresponds with the zero of the sounding in the Admiralty Chart, which has been found to be feet 2 inches below mean sea-level

To obtain the death of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add feet 4 inches, sad on the gauge at Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, sad 10 feet itches to the height given in the table.
