OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 31 EXTRAORDINARY GEN. ERAL MEETING of the INDO- CHINA STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY, LIMITED, will be held at the Office of Messis JARDINE, MATHESON & CO, LTD., No. 6 Pedder Street, Victoria Hong Kong, on WEDNESDAY, the 20th day of August, 1919, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon when the subjoined resolution will be proposed as an Extraordinary Resolution viz:-

That the Articles of Association of

the Company be altered as follows:-

(1). By inserting in Article 31 after the words "upon all the shares" in the second line thereof the words other than fully paid shares".

(2). By adding at the end of Article 88 the following words ", but any director so appointed shall bold Office only until the next. following Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, and shall then be eligible for re- election."

(3). By adding the following new
