GANDE, PRICE & CO., LIMITID.
The report of the Board of Directors to be presented at the twelfth ordinary anrual meeting of shareholders to be held at the Company's Cfice, 6, Queen's Road Central, at 12 o'clock neon on Wednesday, the gist day of May, 1919.
Gentlemen. The Directors have much pleasure in submitting to shareholders their report, together with an audited Statement of accounts, for the year ended December, S1 1918.
The result of the Working for the year 1919 is $83,373.14, to which has to be added a small amount of $3.00 received for Tranfer Fees.. After charging Depreciation and Directors and Auditors' Fees amounting to $519.18 and $2,750,00 respectively, the Net Profit for the year 1918 amounts to $80,106.96, to which raust be added the balance at Fredit of Profit and Loes Account brought forward from 1917 of $3.218.02 making a totabat credit of Profit and Loss Account of $83,32498 This sum the Directors recommend stibuld be appropriated as follows

Since the last Annual Meeting the Hon. Mr. Lau Chu Pak was invited! to a seat on the Directorare, and the present Directors now consist of Messrs. Chan Kaiming, Lau Po-wing, S.C. Pank and the Hon. Mr. Lau Chu Fak. In accordance with the articles, Mr. Lau Po-wing retires by rotation, but being eligible offers himself for re-election.
The Accounts have teen audited by Messrs. Lowe, Bingham and Afatthews, who offer themselves for re-election.
