The total number of officers, sea- men, boys, coastguards and Royal Marines asked for is 280,000, and the estimated amount of money! required for 1919-20 is placed at £149,200,000, and a note is appended stating that estimates are based upon information at present available. Detailed and revised estimates, will be presented to Parliament later in the session.
