LONDON, April 26.

At a meeting of the French cabinet yesterday Marshal Foch spoke for an hour and twenty minutes on the question of the occupation of the Rhine.

A plenary session of the peace conference will be held on Monday when the approval of the conference will be sought for the league of nations covenant in its amended torm. The report of the commission on responsibility, and probably the Japanese amendment asking that equality of all nations in the league be recognized, and a French amend- ment regarding the military side of the league of nations will figure on the agenda."
