NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Society will be held at the registered office of the Society. Queen's Building, Hougtong, on FRIDA), the 25th day of April 1919, at 12 o'clock noon, when the subjoined esolutions which were taseed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Soviety held on the 16th day of April, 1918, will be submitted for con- Armation as special resolutions:-

Merchant Vessels on the China Station have been abolished.

The Services to Germany, Austria, Balgaria and the Ottoman Empire are suspended.

No unofficial letter addressed, to Abadan, Ahwaz er Mobammorah in the Farsian Gulf may exceed eight ounces in weight..

The insured letter and insured parcel acrvices between Egypt (or in transit through Egypt) and Cyprus are tempor arily suspended.

Uninsured parcels for the United Kingdom will in fature be-forwarded from Hongkong in bags and the Public are therefore advised to pack anch parcels very carefully.

Until further notice parcels for civil addreases in the provinces of Unine, Vicenza, Trevise Prous, Venice and Bel Inne in Italy will not be accepted for transmission unless posted under the British War Office Permit
