It was with very much regret that Hews of the death of Mr. Francis Coins Barlow was received in the Colony this ruorning. The late Mr. Burlong was only 42 years old. He first came to the Colony in 1968 when he joins the firm of Mevais. Deacon and Hastings, with who he remained until that firm was dis. solved. He then jointwal Mr. H. K.
