T. rate of exchange on the date this resolution is confirmed as a special resolution credited as paid up thereon and accordingly that 90,000 shares out of the 200,000 shares of the nominal value of £10 each constituting the capital of the Society so converted and increased be distribored by the Board to the persons who are registered as shareholders of the Society on the date this resolution is confirmed as a special resolution in exchange for the silver abares then held by them.
