The chairman then read the third; resolution, which was proposed by Mr. L. G. Westcott and seconded by Ma Yebara, electing Messrs. Lowe, Bingham and Matthews as auditors for the current year, and providing 6,263.70 that the auditors' fee be increased from Tis. 250 to Tls. 500, and in this connexion the Chairman said:--
