The death roll at Bombay for the week ending Jan. 4, was: 1,900, of which 750 were due to cholars. In the proceding week there were 1,600 deaths, of which 550 werd due to choler. The ex-Kaiser, in his speeches, fre quently expressed this view of his authority, and, according to the Constitu- tion, the ex-Kaiser declares war in the name of the Confederacy, of which Prussia is the dominant partner-and the ex-Kaiser was the King of Prussia.
