The tide table yen below has been compiled at the National Almanac Officer In London from the result of the suE YAÍS of observations taken by means of an automatie tide-recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Tam Sus Toul during the years 1909-9

The zero of the table corresponds with the zero of the sounding in the Admiralty. Chart, which has been found to be 4 feet 3 inches bolow mean sea-level.

To obtain the depth of water on the tide gange at the Victoris Naval Yard add 3 feet 4 inches, and on the gauge- st Lamont Deck, Aberdeen, såd 10 fest. 4 inches to the height given in the table.
