TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

(1) A Certificate entitles the purchaser to receive £1 for each 13s. 6d. on the fifth anniversary of the date of purchase, free of income tax in respect of the accumu lated interest.

(2) A Certificate is not transferable except by permission of the Postmaster General: a fee of 1s. will be charged in respect of each transferce. In the event of death, the same rules will be applied as in the case of Savings Bank Deposits.

(3) On written application (on a form obtainable at any Post Office) being made to the Controller, Money Order Department, London, the purchase price, or part thereof in multiples of 165. Bd., wil
