Pressure has decreased considerably at Wladivestock, Hakodate and Tokio, a depression being situated over the Sea of Japan; it has increased considerably at other Japanese stations, and slightly elsewhere. The anticyclone has moved into the Pacific to the south

of Japar, and a depression is indicated to the west of Shantung.

Hongkong Rainfall for the 24 hours anding at 10 am. to-day, 0.00 inch. Total since January 1st, 7.94 inches, against an average of 14.66 inches.
