SUMMARY COURT.

ALLEGED BREACH OF CONTRACT.

In the Summary Court this morn- ing, beforn Mr. Justice Gompertz. the Union Trading Company claimed from Lee Wai Hing, a partner in the time of Two Brothers, ö! Swałow, the wau of $792-18, being damages for breach of contract to take delivery et, and to pay for, 200 cases of window glass.
