The tide-talde aven below has been compiled at the National Almanac Offce in London from the result of the analysis of observations taken by means of un automatic side-recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Tsim Sha Tsui during the years 87-8-9

The zero of the table corresponds with the zero of the sourding in the Admiralty Chart, woich has been found to be 4 foot 3 inches below then we level.

To obtain the depth of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add 3 feet 4 inches, and on the gange st Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, add 10 feet #incbes to the height given in the table.
