London from the result of the analysis of observations taken by means of an automatic tide-recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Tsim Sha Taui during the years 1887-8-9.

The were of the table corresponds with che zero of the sounding in the Admiralty Chart, which has been found to be 4 feet 3 inches below mean sea level,

To obtain the depth of water on the kỏe ganga at the Victoria Naval Yard add a feet 4 inches, and on the gauge at Lament Dock, Aberdeen, add 10 feet inches to the height given in the table
