THE Subscription to the above LOAN I will be Opened from 14th November to 26th December, 1918.

The price of fuc is 95 per cent. The Loan is entirely free of "Income Tax and other taxations.

The Loan is redeemable as par on 14th: October, 1028, withous, option for the Russia Government to convert it stan carlier date.

Coupons are payable half yearly on the 14th April and 14th October.

As interest on the above loan rims tred 14th October, the interest sccrood on date of subscription must be taken into consideration and is to be added to the prics of lane.

The Russo-Asiatic Bank in Hongkong is ready to accept applications for the above named Loan.

Special favourable ratge will be quoted for Russian Exchange. -

Payment may also be made in Roubles. Applications will be wized to Petrograd free of telegraphic charges and commis-
