The Press Bureau announces that the Govortiment has decided to mako use, of their power to deal, by requisitioning a sufficiens aħinber of ships, in cases where an emergency of national importance exists, in any particular market, owing to an absence of tonzage; and further to regulate, by means of licenses the employment of British shipping for the carriage of cargo between foreign ports.
