As sirendy cabled by Beatar, by the invitatiof the Prime Minister, Sir Ro- hert Bardea, the Prime Ministr of the Dominion of Canad, attended a peeting of the Cabinet'in mail week.

This is the tires acca-ion on which a Minister from the Dantipions has joined in the deliberations of the British Cabinet. The precedent, says the Chronicle, is one of enormous rignificance in its bearing up Imperial relations. It is sign that the war will not love the loosely-kaic British Imperial system remaining in its be present form, though the change my very different in tendency and chamcter from that for which our home Imperialists once used to agitate.
