The laconic Admiralty announcement of the exploit of a British sab. marine in the Sea of Marmora reveals a splendid performance, since all the places mentioned are in the vicinity of Constantinople. The bombardment of the railway blocked a troop train, which was shelled as it retired. Powder. mills on the outskirts of Constantinople were likewise shelled.
