If not requisitioned by the British Government, non-contraband goods will be restored upon terms to be decided by a Prize Court.
Vessels from Germany, or from non-German ports, carrying goods of enemy origin and ownership, will be treated similarly, but no money will be paid for the goods requisitioned and sold nati, after the conclusion of peace.
Vessels proceeding to non-German ports carrying goods with enemy des tination may be required to discharge at a British or Allied port in similar conditions.
