The sero of the table corresponda with the zero of the sounding in the Admiralty Thark which has been found to be 4 feet 3 inches below mean sea level
To obtain the depth of water on the tide gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add 3 feet 4 inches, and on the gauge at Lamoni Dock, Aberdeen, add 10 feet 6 inchoe be the height given in the table,
