A German official statement says the Federal Council has decided to seize All business transactions in all stocks of wheat and flour on February 2nd. flour are forbidden from to-day. The Municipalities are instructed to regulate the supply of most, etc, and the Government will distribute wheat and corn in proportion to the number of inhabitants.
