OBSERVATIONS DURING 1913.

The firector at the Royal Observatory, Alr, P. F. Platon, in his report to the Legislatiaw Council upon the work of his deportment during last year, makes the following observations upon the priuciped! features of the weasier:

The principal feature of the weather in the rear 1913 was the irregular dis tribution of rainfall.
