Addressing thousands of enthusiastic men and women messembled in the town of Auburn, State of New York, yester day, says the New York correspondent the Daily Telegraph" wiring on Deo. 18th, Mr. Thomas M. Osborne, the millionaire, chairman of the State Prison Reform Committes, earnestly advocated the adoption in the United States of a prison system moxialled after that of Great Britain, Mr. Osborne, as reported in The Daily Telegraph" a few months ogo, underwent a week's voluntary" in- priscument in the Auburn penibantiary, where he was treated in every respect like a common delen.
