Crew, of Menery, Hasting+ and Hastings, who represented decensed' relatives, if he would frame an indictment for manslaughter.
Mr. Crew now appeared to prosecuto for the Crown, Mr. W. E. L. Shenton, of Messrs. Dene n. Looker, Duncan and Harston, defending.
