Mr. Arthur Gemid Aylmer Clarke married his wife, Gladya Eva Clarke, in July 1904, and their only child, Brian Aylmer Clarke, was born on May 23, 1905. An the wife wan possessed of considerable income Mr. Clarky gavo up his profession after the marringe. In October 1910 Mrs. Clarke left her husband and went to reside with Mr. James Lindsay, an actor. In the following January Mr. Clarke petitioned for divorce on the ground of in wife's misconduct with Mr. Lindsay, The case was not de- fended, and the President made the order already stated.
