• submit you a General Statement of the affairs of the Bank, and Balance Sheet for the half-year ending S0th June, 1913.

The net profits for that, peri d, including .82,011,410.35, halance brought forward from last account, after paying all chargás, deducting interest paid and due, and whk-; ing provision for bad and doubtful accounts, amount to 8,005,578.15.

The Directore recommend the transfer

•of $200,000 from the Profit and Loss áo!, ount to credit of the Silver Reserve Fund, which Fand will then stand at $17,450,000. They ho recomment writing off Bank Prem ses account the sum of $230,001,
