RECTOR FINED FOR ASSAULT.

A singular case, which aroused much local, interest, came before the Brierloy All (Staffordshire) magistrates, when the Rev. Hugh Arundel Hill, Rector of Wordsay, was summoned for assaulting boy named Kelly, a member of his Bunday-sekool.

According to the prosecution the boy, with companions, was playing in the restory Belde, which the inhabitants are permitted to Dad as a recreation grauad, on Sunday.
